The GOIVC Tour De Bretagne was a great success with all participating members having a wonderful time and the weather was superb throughout. Arrangements had been made, prior to our departure, to meet up with members of both The Association Of Old Car Enthusesta Cote’s D’Armour and the Association Bretogne De Vehicules Anciens at St. Brieuc . Who took us on many trips throughout Normandy and Brittany, with a special visit to the Car Museum at Loheach just outside Renne. Our sincere thanks to Eileen and Charlotte’s friend Marion who was our interpreter for the entire week and also our friend Bruno in the pub/restaurant across the road who looked after us very well for the entire week, thanks also to Liam who looked after the music for our nightly discos with our new found French friends.

It was a very pleasant and most enjoyable experience and we look forward to doing it sometime again in the future.

15 members of the club travelled to Rathwood in Tullow on Sunday . This was a very enjoyable event with over 100 cars participating. Our thanks to Willie Carrick for the lovely tea and sandwiches and thanks also to Robin Johnson of the Tullow Club for his hospitality.
